Will you sell my designs to others?
No, Mondoro gives exclusivity for all the designs that you give to us. We believe that your designs are just that – your designs. We will not knowingly sell or produce your designs for someone else.
Where do you manufacture your products?
We manufacture mainly in China and Vietnam and do some additional sourcing and manufacturing in Cambodia and Mongolia.
Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we have our own UL factory and UL listing for portable lighting in Vietnam. We load many of our Vietnam containers from this facility.
We work out in many of the handicraft villages, and most of these small-scale manufacturers cannot export without our help.
What kinds of products do you manufacture?
We manufacture all kinds of furniture and home décor products, for both indoor and outdoor, such as tables, chairs, lamps, lighting, chandeliers, vases, boxes, trays, wall art, mirrors, textiles, pillows, and much more.
What price range do you cater to?
Our main focus is medium to higher-end wholesalers, retail stores, or online stores. We are quality and design-focused.
What order sizes do you manufacture?
We can be quite flexible on the order quantities, but we encourage you to ship a mixed container to be cost-effective for everyone.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are a deposit and the payment before release of the container.
What are your shipment terms?
Our shipment terms are FOB Asia; the price we quote to you will include everything to get the goods to the port. The cost does not include freight, tax, or customs duties at the final destination.
Are you an agent?
No, an agent buys a product and then resells it or takes a commission on the product. We do much more than that as we create, develop and manufacture.
We have a warehouse to consolidate goods and load containers. We also manufacture UL portable lamps. Check out our Terms and Conditions page under the About tab.
Can we come to visit?
Yes, we love to have people come to visit. Our main showroom is in Hanoi, Vietnam.
