Is Mondoro an agent?
No. An agent buys product from one organization and sells to another. Since Mondoro designs, develops and helps assure quality, we add value to your company and your product.
So does that mean Mondoro is a vendor-partner?
No. A vendor partner is similar, but Mondoro does more. A vendor-partner will coordinate with a factory to ensure that products are following a standard, but Mondoro is more connected than that.
We establish very close relationships with our factories. We train and teach. We develop strong partnerships with them. We help improve the quality, capability, efficiency, and safety of whoever we work with.
What order-sizes does Mondoro do?
We do all order sizes, from multi-container loads to production runs as small as 20 items. We can combine different items into one container for you if they are produced in the same geographic area.
What price-point does Mondoro cater to?
We mainly produce for medium- to high-end wholesalers.
How long does an order take to manufacture?
We usually ask 45 - 70 days depending on the kind of product. Some products, just by their nature, take longer to develop and manufacture. We do not cut corners to try to shorten the production time. We ask our customers to give us the time that is required to ensure their products are up to standard.
What materials do you work with?
We produce items with the following basic materials and finishes: wood, porcelain, ceramic, resin, eggshell, spun bamboo, bamboo, lacquer, glass, horn, gusso, gold and silver leafing, oil paintings, hand-carved woods, painted woods, wrought iron.
